I painted this to help me with a piece of music I was trying to write at the time. Both the painting and the piece of music were inspired by a trip to the Isle of Coll in Summer 2018 to swim with basking sharks. The trip had a huge effect on me psychologically.  I will write about it someday. Sometimes painting unblocks the flow and it worked on this piece.
